The Old Dance School rents out apartments at the Noordeinde in The Hague. To promote the apartments I designed a website. As the apartments being rented by mostly ex-pats with some money to spend, I did some research the target group to determine the style.

Also, I designed a portal for the admin and the tenant.

The tenant can log in to see their contact details and chat with the admin when they need something.

The Admin has a proper overview of all the apartments. Per apartment, it’s possible to chat with the tenant, send payment reminders, update contracts, Tennant details and also keep track of the items in the apartment and maintenance of it. Also, it’s possible to make a to-do list in the application so the admin will not forget any tasks.
